Acceptance

By connecting an account to or using Neuron, you agree to these terms. Because Neuron uses YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

The service

Neuron provides analytics, benchmarking, and reconnaissance for social-media channels you own or are authorized to manage. Reports are informational estimates, not guarantees of future performance or replacements for official platform figures.

YouTube API Services

Neuron uses the YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API. Access to and use of those services is subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Developer Policies. YouTube and Google may update or discontinue those services independently of Meridian Cognition LLC.

Your responsibilities

• Connect only accounts you own or have permission to manage.
• Maintain the security of your platform credentials.
• Use the service in compliance with platform terms and applicable law.

Availability

Neuron is active research and is provided as available without warranty. It depends on third-party APIs and may be interrupted, limited, changed, or discontinued.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian Cognition LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including lost revenue or decisions based on its reports.

Termination

You may stop using Neuron and revoke access at any time through Google Account Permissions. Meridian Cognition LLC may suspend access that breaches these terms. Revocation and deletion are handled as described in the Neuron Privacy Policy.
